Four stages, and only one of them is production.

- Proof, you get a proof showing placement, size and color. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.
- Production, 7 to 10 business days from proof approval.
- Shipping, quoted with your order, on top of production.
Why the clock starts at proof approval
Production time is measured from approval rather than from ordering because the proof round is the part neither side can predict. An order approved the same afternoon and one approved a week later have identical production times and very different delivery dates.
If you have a hard deadline, say so in the quote request, it changes what we recommend, not just how fast we work.

Rush service is available for a fee. Ask when you request the quote rather than after approval, so it can be planned into the run instead of squeezed in.
