Terms of Service
Last updated September 8, 2026
These terms apply when you request a quote from, or place an order with, Stitch & Go ("we", "us"). Placing an order means you accept them. If something here does not work for your organization, tell us before you order. We would rather agree terms up front than argue about them after the goods are decorated.
1.Who we are
Stitch & Go is a custom apparel decorator based in Coral Springs, FL, reachable at hello@stitchandgousa.com and 754-778-7748. We embroider and print garments to order. We are not a wholesaler and we do not sell blank apparel on its own.
2.Quotes, prices and estimates
Prices shown before you check out are estimates. The figure the site calculates depends on your artwork, the garment, the decoration size and the quantity, and on our supplier’s cost at that moment. It becomes a firm price only when we send you a written quote or you complete checkout.
Where the site shows a range rather than an exact number, that range is a genuine estimate for the information we have so far, not an opening position. It narrows as you tell us more.
A written quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Blank apparel prices move; if a supplier changes cost materially before you accept, we will re-quote rather than absorb it silently.
Minimum order quantities apply: 12 pieces for embroidery and 10 for printing. Smaller runs are quoted by hand where we can take them at all.
Current promotion. Our prices are reduced by 8% until midnight Eastern on January 1, 2027. The reduction is already included in every price the site shows. Nothing needs to be entered. It applies to prices we calculate, not to figures written by hand on a custom quote, and it does not combine with the price match below.
3.Your artwork, and who is responsible for it
You confirm you have the right to use what you send us. When you upload a logo, a design or any text, you are telling us that you own it or are licensed to have it reproduced on garments, and that decorating it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights.
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from artwork you supplied. This is the one obligation in these terms we cannot soften, because we have no way to know who owns a design that arrives in an email.
We may decline any job, at any point before production, if we believe the artwork is not yours to use, or if we do not want our work associated with it. If we decline after you have paid, you get a full refund. We are not obliged to explain the decision beyond telling you we have made it.
You keep ownership of your artwork. You grant us permission to reproduce it for the purpose of producing your order, and to show finished work in our portfolio and social media. Tell us in writing if you would rather we did not, and we will not.
Digitized embroidery files we create in order to stitch your design remain ours. We will not use them for anyone else’s order.
4.Mockups and previews are simulations
Any on-screen preview of your design on a garment is a simulation, produced by software, and is labeled as such. It shows placement and rough scale. It is not a photograph of your finished goods and it does not reproduce stitch texture, thread sheen or print finish exactly.
Screens differ. Colors on your monitor or phone will not match thread or ink exactly. If an exact color matters, such as a brand color or a match to an existing garment, say so and we will confirm against physical thread or a printed sample before we run the job.
5.Approval is final
Where we send a proof or mockup for approval, your approval is what we produce. Please check spelling, names, numbers, sizes, quantities and placement carefully. Once you approve, a mistake that was visible in the proof is a reprint at your cost, not ours.
Approval by email, WhatsApp, or by clicking an approval link counts as approval.
6.What normal production looks like
These are the physical realities of decorating garments, disclosed so nothing here is a surprise. None of them is a defect.
Placement tolerance. Garments are loaded by hand. A variance of up to about half an inch from the stated placement is normal across a run.
Color variance. Thread and ink are matched as closely as the available stock allows, not to a numbered standard. Dye lots on blanks vary between batches, and between sizes of the same garment.
Spoilage. On runs of 24 or more, up to 2% of pieces may be lost to production. Where that happens we will tell you and either refund the shortfall or replace it in a second run, whichever you prefer. Order a spare or two if an exact headcount matters.
Substitutions. Blank apparel stock moves daily and is not reserved until we buy it. If your garment goes out of stock we will offer the closest equivalent, and you can accept it, change the order, or cancel that part for a refund. We will not substitute without asking you.
Turnaround. Dates we give are working estimates from the point your artwork is approved and payment is received. They are not guarantees, and they are not binding on our suppliers or carriers. If you have a hard deadline, tell us before you order so we can say honestly whether we can make it.
7.If you supply your own garments
We will decorate garments you supply where we have agreed to in advance. Because we did not source them, we cannot know how they will behave in a hoop or under a heat press.
Customer-supplied garments are decorated at your risk. We take reasonable care, but we do not replace or pay for garments damaged in production, and we do not cover their value in any claim. Send spares.
8.Payment
Orders are paid in full before production unless we have agreed terms with you in writing. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Where a card surcharge applies it is shown on the invoice before you pay, and you can avoid it by paying another way.
Florida sales tax is added where it applies. If you are tax-exempt, send us your certificate before you pay. We cannot refund tax already remitted.
9.Changes, cancellations and returns
You can change or cancel free of charge until production starts. After that, you are responsible for the cost of blanks already bought and work already done. Once garments are decorated, the order cannot be cancelled.
Custom-decorated goods cannot be returned, because they cannot be resold to anyone else. This does not affect your rights in respect of goods that are defective or that do not match what you approved.
If something is wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery and keep the goods until we have seen photographs. Where the fault is ours we will re-run the affected pieces or refund them, at our option. That is your remedy for a defective order.
10.Price match
Send us a written quote from another US decorator for the same job and we will match their price, then take a further 5% off it. Minimum order quantities still apply.
These conditions apply:
- The quote has to be in writing, an email, a PDF or a screenshot showing the other company's name, and dated within the last 30 days.
- It has to be the same job: the same garment brand and style number, the same decoration method, the same placement and design size, and the same quantity.
- The other company has to be a US decorator that is actually able to take the order, with the price publicly quotable to any customer.
- Our minimum order still applies: 12 pieces for embroidery, 10 for printing.
- The comparison is on the garment and decoration. Shipping, rush fees, digitizing and taxes are quoted separately on both sides.
- Tell us before you pay. We cannot re-price an order that is already in production.
- One price match per order, and it replaces any other discount or promotion rather than stacking with it.
- We do not match auction listings, clearance or closeout stock, membership-only pricing, employee or trade pricing, pricing errors, or offers we cannot verify.
- If the garment is not one we can source, we will say so rather than promise a date we cannot hit.
How to claim. Reply to your quote email with their quote attached, or send it on WhatsApp. We will come back with the matched price the same business day.
11.Liability
We do our work carefully, but there are limits to what a decorating shop can carry. Except where the law does not permit us to limit it, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss: lost profit, lost business, the cost of an event going ahead without the shirts, or any loss arising because a supplier or carrier was late.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
12.Communications
When you ask us for a quote, we will email you a confirmation and our reply. If you leave an order half-finished, or ask for a price and we do not hear back, we may send you a single follow-up in each case, never more than that. Every one of those carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them permanently.
Messages about an order you actually placed, such as receipts, proofs and shipping notices, are not marketing and continue regardless, because they are how you find out where your order is.
13.Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, and the courts of Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before starting any legal proceeding, please contact us at hello@stitchandgousa.com and give us 30 days to put it right. Nearly everything is solvable with a phone call and a re-run.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. We will not change the terms of an order that is already under way.
How we handle your personal information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
