Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect when you use this site, why we have it, who else sees it, and how to get it deleted. It covers what we actually do, rather than a list of everything a website could theoretically collect.
1.Who is responsible
Stitch & Go, Coral Springs, FL. Questions, or a request to see or delete your data, go to hello@stitchandgousa.com or 754-778-7748. A real person reads that inbox.
2.What we collect
What you type into a form. Your first and last name, email address, phone number, and company if you give one, plus what you told us about the job: garment, color, sizes, quantity, placement, deadline and any notes.
Artwork you upload. Logos and design files, stored in our own private storage. They are not public, and links we generate to them expire.
Order and delivery details. What you ordered, the shipping address, and the history of the order through production.
Payment details, but not your card. Card payments go directly to Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits; your full card number never reaches our systems.
Account details, if you make one. Your email address, and either a passkey or a sign-in link. We do not store passwords.
Your IP address and browser. Recorded with quote submissions. This is spam and abuse defense: it is what lets us block a bot flooding the quote form.
How you found us. A first-touch cookie remembers the source, medium, campaign, referring site and landing page from your first visit, so we can tell which adverts actually produce work. It is stored with any quote you submit.
What you did on the site. Anonymous events such as viewing a price or submitting a quote, used to find where the ordering process is confusing.
We do not knowingly collect anything from children, and this site is not directed at them. We do not collect government identifiers, health data, or precise location.
3.Why we have it
To quote and produce your order; to contact you about it; to take payment; to keep the accounting records the law requires; to defend the site against spam and fraud; and to understand which of our own marketing works. Nothing here is collected because it might be useful one day.
4.Who else sees it
Only the companies that actually run part of this business, and only what each of them needs:
- Amazon Web Services, hosting, file storage and the email we send.
- Stripe, card payments. They handle your card details under their own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: DNS, and the anti-bot check on our forms.
- Our apparel suppliers: the garment, size and color, and where the order ships. Never your artwork.
- Shipping carriers, the delivery address and contact details.
- Analytics and CRM tools we have enabled, to measure marketing and keep track of customer conversations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will disclose information if the law requires it, and we would tell you unless we were prohibited from doing so.
5.Email you get from us
Ask us for a quote and we send you a confirmation, then our reply. Place an order and we send receipts, proofs to approve and shipping notices. Those are part of the service and continue while your order is live.
Beyond that we send at most two follow-ups, ever: one if you leave an order half-finished, and one if you asked for a price and we never heard back. Both carry an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is permanent. We do not run a mailing list and we do not sell your address to anyone who does.
6.Cookies
We use the few we need: one to keep you signed in, one to remember how you first found us, and whatever our anti-bot check requires to tell a person from a script. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking them will stop sign-in working, and will mean we cannot credit your order to the advert that brought you. Neither of those harms you.
7.How long we keep it
Quotes and leads: up to 3 years, so we can pick up where we left off when you come back. Orders, invoices and the records behind them: 7 years, which is what tax and accounting rules require. Artwork: as long as you are an active customer, so a reorder does not mean re-uploading your logo. Spam-defense records such as IP addresses: 12 months.
Unsubscribe records are kept indefinitely on purpose. It is the only way to guarantee we never email you again.
8.Your choices
Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to: tell you what we hold about you; give you a copy; correct it; delete it; or stop emailing you. Email hello@stitchandgousa.com and we will do it within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
One limit, stated plainly: we cannot delete records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices for orders you actually placed. We will delete everything else and tell you what was kept and why.
9.Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Integration credentials are separately encrypted before they are stored. Access to customer data is limited to the people who run the shop. Uploaded artwork is served through links that expire rather than from a public folder.
No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
10.Where your data is
Our systems run in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the US.
11.Changes
If we change this policy the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell affected customers by email rather than quietly editing the page. Our Terms of Service cover the ordering side.
